Aurora Catà is a senior executive and independent board member with more than thirty years of experience in top management and corporate governance across industrial, financial and services companies. She currently serves as an independent board member of two IBEX 35 companies and has led transformation and strategic change processes in complex and highly competitive environments.At AK Consulting, she brings an integrated perspective on strategy, governance and leadership, with a strong focus on the quality of decision-making.

Koke Pursals is an industrial entrepreneur and senior advisor with more than thirty-five years of experience leading and transforming industrial companies on an international scale.
